The vines that make the fineness of our champagnes

Les cépages qui font la finesse de nos champagnes

The rigorous vine picking allied to a precious expertise brings the House Huguenot-Tassin to offer champagne wines from Aube region with high fineness and incomparable bouquet.

There are 6 vine varieties in Champagne among which the most famous are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, the last 3 being ancient varieties from the region. The Pinot Blanc is one of them, we use it in our champagnes for its roundness and fruit, which is perfect to assembly vine. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are the other varieties we use to make our wines.
